Spare Parts Associate

Position Overview

Provide customer service, input spare parts orders and respond to customer inquiries.

Specific responsibilities

• Order entry for spare parts customer orders
• Prepare customer quotes for customer spare parts requests
• Provide support to customers and internal engineers
• Ability to research and source parts from local suppliers
• Be knowledgeable on product offering and provide customer assistance
• Research customer machinery and spare part needs
• Respond to order status inquiries for internal and external customers
• Assist with annual physical inventory process
• Administrative office duties as needed

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Computer literacy required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Some familiarity with electrical and mechanical parts
• Ability to interpret spare parts documentation and diagrams
• Ability to work independently
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Organization and planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Reliable

Experience:

• Customer service experience
• Warehouse experience

Special skills/Training:

• SAP experience required
• Fluent in English
