Job Summary: 

AutogenAI is seeking a customer-focused Implementation Project Manager to lead our US enterprise client Implementation and drive seamless adoption of our AI-powered platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design scalable Implementation frameworks, guide change management strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-implementation. What you'll be responsible for:

• Project Leadership: Manage and oversee end-to-end Implementation for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery. 
• Implementation Methodology: Develop and implement a scalable Implementation framework tailored to enterprise clients. 
• Change Management: Provide expert guidance on organizational change and user adoption strategies, addressing challenges unique to AI-driven tools. 
• Customer Engagement: Strengthen and maintain C-Suite relationships during Implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Handover Optimisation: Establish a structured transition process from Implementation to Customer Success teams, ensuring continuity and maximising long-term retention. 
• Collaboration: Partner with Implementation Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
