About the role

Overview

Salary Rate: $22.50/hour

 

As the Program Supervisor at the Sterling Employment Center, your role is integral to the daily oversight of operations, ensuring the maintenance of facilities, vehicles, and optimal staff ratios. You will create schedules and facilitate opportunities for meaningful work, volunteerism, and community engagement tailored to individual needs.

 

Collaborating closely on the development and execution of Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals, behavior support strategies, and therapeutic services for individuals supported at the program. Thorough documentation, including assessments and evaluations, will be central to your responsibilities.

 

Leading a team of support staff, you will provide mentorship and cultivate an inclusive environment that encourages independent decision-making among individuals. You will also spearhead the recruitment, training, and supervision of Unit Supervisors, ensuring adherence to high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

 

The Sterling Employment Center is dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities to secure meaningful job opportunities. We provide comprehensive support services to individuals ages 21 and above, aimed at enhancing job readiness skills, fostering independence, and facilitating integration into the workforce.

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Dependability- is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance. 

Safety and security- actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly. 

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.   
  • 3 or more years’ experience working in related field.   
  • Valid driver’s license along with an acceptable driving status.   
  • Use of a reliable vehicle, which seats two passengers.   
  • Additional specific experience may be required.
