What to expect:

• Attention to detail, quality driven, analytical, process originated, excellent task management (deadline focused) and coordination skills working multiple time zones
• Technical writing background or skills
• Experience documenting product functionality from engineers, asking questions to formulate precise processes and gap analysis

• Experience working with 3rd party companies.
• Experience working in Multilingual environments.
• Experience in process driven environments
• Operational role & continuous improvement experience
• Ability to provide a (non-confidential) writing sample
