Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL!</span></p><p><b><span>We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in the role as Director in our Project &amp; Development Services (PDS) department in Stockholm, Sweden</span></b></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><span>Located in Stockholm, we have a large and very experienced team that delivers approx. 30-40 office relocation projects per year with the aim to always realize the best possible office solutions tailored to our clients needs.</span></p><p><span>The role of an office relocation project manager has changed after the pandemic due to the increased focus on remote work considerations, hybrid workplace models, change management, employee well-being, enhanced technology integration, and the need for flexibility and adaptability. By addressing these aspects, project managers can navigate the complexities of office relocations in the post-pandemic era and create work environments that align with the changing needs of organizations and their employees</span></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p></p><h1><span><b><span>Main responsibilities</span></b></span></h1><ul><li><p><span>Being the main project lead for large and complex tenant <span>refurbishment/relocation</span> projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>For smaller projects, being the project oversight ensuring the quality of project management and delivery</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strategically advise tenants in their needs analyses, site selection and lease negotiation processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Tender and procurement of consultants, suppliers, and contractors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Being responsible for establish and strengthen relationship with clients.</span></p></li><li><p><span>In collaboration with colleagues, sell in and identify new potential assignments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assessing and elevating the maturity level of the project management processes and tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting in business development for our occupier services</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><span><b><span>Experience and knowledge</span></b></span></h1><ul><li><p><span>At least 10 years’ of experience in a similar role as a project manager for office <span>refurbishment/relocation</span> projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leadership experience (not necessarily as a manager/supervisor)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Extensive experience in managing budget and time schedule.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in advising on technical parts (project related appendices) of lease agreements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have worked on fit out or development projects and have experience of the construction process as well as IT, data infrastructure, AV and security solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Has knowledge and experience of government processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Has understanding of change management processes related to the integration of new ways of working.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Sees an advantage and appreciates the international business environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good communication skills in both English and Swedish.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly skilled in MS projects and Office 365.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><span><b><span>Education</span></b></span></h1><p><span>An academic degree relevant to the position, for example from a civil engineering programme or similar.</span></p><p></p><h1><span><b><span>Personal qualities</span></b></span></h1><p><span>You should have a nat
