While our team's composition naturally lends itself to a stronger emphasis on quality assurance (QA) activities, we recognize the importance of collaborating across the organization to address testing challenges comprehensively. By working horizontally and engaging with developers, testers, and other teams, our goal is to improve testing practices and contribute to the overall quality of our products.<br/>About the RoleAs a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Operations) at Clari, you will work as the core member of the Test Foundations team on the standardization of testing practices across our organization. This role calls for a hands-on quality assurance engineer with practical experience in front-end or back-end testing and experience in designing, tweaking, and optimizing testing infrastructure and the test-facing part of CI/CD process. We are seeking someone who understands the principles of Quality Assurance and its role in the modern CI/CD process. Your knowledge in containerization, CI/CD, modern testing frameworks, and AWS and Salesforce will play a pivotal role in our continuous effort to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.<br/>This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland.
