Position Description:
Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the secure operation and management of Air Force personnel systems at Dyess AFB. This role focuses on information management, security compliance, and system administration, while supporting military members, veterans, and their dependents. The Site Manager will serve as a key point of contact for maintaining operational integrity across personnel systems and ensuring compliance with established security and administrative standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage information systems supporting Air Force personnel operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and access control measures.
- Perform routine and preventive system administration functions including account management and maintenance.
- Manage personnel system workflows and support services for military members, veterans, and dependents.
- Implement risk management practices and maintain network security in accordance with DoD requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and operational continuity across assigned systems.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in system administration, security compliance, or managing personnel systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in information security principles, system administration, network security, and risk management.
- Familiarity with military and veteran dependent benefits administration.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Required Training/Certifications:
- Must be experienced in the DEERS/RAPIDS system.
- Site Security Manager training
