Job Summary:
As a trusted leader in employee benefits administration, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Account Service Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on administering and supporting Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).
We are looking for individuals who take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and are committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process and manage data related to FSA and HSA accounts, including high-volume numeric and data entry tasks
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and participants via phone and email
Respond to inquiries regarding account activity, claims, and eligibility in a professional and timely manner
Review and verify information for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
Maintain detailed records and documentation of communications and transactions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance service quality
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks requiring precision and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Professional phone presence and strong phone etiquette
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities
Ability to successfully pass a background check
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year customer service experience
Benefits knowledge a plus

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $17 - $22. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
