Our team of 100+ people aims high (Coca-Cola, we're coming for you!).</li></ul> <h3>About the Position</h3> <p>After profitably scaling our online business to over €150M in less than 4 years, we ventured into retail this year, where we already launched +2,000 food retail stores in 6 months! Now, we're dedicated to growing this offline channel, transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand.<br/><br/>To make this happen, we're looking for YOU - a Senior Retail Procurement Manager to be our growth catalyst on this journey. In this position, you’ll make sure our products are always available to meet the fast-paced retail demand. Your mission: manage all procurement operations across powder and non-powder products while enabling seamless availability and scalable supply chain processes for retail growth.<br/><br/><strong>Retail Supply Chain Execution</strong><br/><ul><li>Own all sourcing operations for retail SKUs -ensuring product availability across countries and sales channels</li><li>Place and manage POs for powder, packaging, accessories, and finished goods -aligned with campaign calendars and production plans</li><li>Monitor inbound shipments and inventory health to avoid stockouts and keep shelves filled</li></ul><strong>Supplier Management &amp; Coordination</strong><br/><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for key suppliers -align on production priorities and timelines</li><li>Proactively manage delays, reallocate capacity, and communicate changes to internal teams</li><li>Maintain strong relationships through structured calls, planning alignment, and issue resolution</li></ul><strong>Order, Inventory &amp; Data Accuracy</strong><br/><ul><li>Keep ERP and databases up to date with accurate product info, packaging specs, weights, and lead times</li><li>Track open POs and incoming goods to maintain full visibility into delivery timelines and risk</li><li>Set up new products in the system in line with campaign and retail launch requirements</li></ul><strong>Cross-Functional Retail Support</strong><br/><ul><li>Partner closely with Retail, Finance, and Ops to align supply with commercial plans</li><li>Support go-to-market readiness for new launches, markets, and promotional campaigns</li><li>Help unblock timelines, reduce complexity, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time</li></ul><strong>Projects &amp; General Improvements</strong><br/><ul><li>Continuously improve lead times and delivery reliability in collaboration with suppliers</li><li>Contribute to projects like building the supply chain for a completely new product line, onboarding new suppliers, or expanding into new countries</li><li>Design scalable and repeatable sourcing processes that support HOLY’s omnichannel growth</li></ul></p> <h3>About You</h3> <ul><li><strong>3+ years in sourcing, supply chain, or procurement </strong>-<strong> </strong>ideally in retail or FMCG.</li><li>Experience managing suppliers and purchase orders in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.).</li><li><strong>Solid understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and replenishment workflows.</strong></li><li><strong>Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills</strong> for tracking, analysis, and reporting.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li><li><strong>Fluency in English and German</strong><strong> (C1)</strong> for working with local and international suppliers.</li><li><strong>Experience supporting retail launches </strong>or D2C-to-retail transitions.</li><li><strong>You think in retail timelines.</strong> You know how fast things move and make sure supply keeps up.</li><li><strong>You’re a structured doer.</strong> You keep track of dozens of moving pieces - and nothing falls through the cracks.</li><li><strong>You speak supplier.</strong> You know how to build trust whil
