Your role will focus on driving <strong>capacity planning, ensuring operational stability, and fostering continuous improvement</strong> across our infrastructure landscape.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead strategic discussions with hyperscalers on infrastructure capacity planning and scalability.</li> <li>Ensure the stability, reliability, and resilience of infrastructure operations.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, security, and compliance teams to ensure seamless service execution.</li> <li>Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for data-driven decision making</li> <li>Drive growth of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) customer base of 7200+ Globally and rapidly growing.</li> <li>Support ECS Infra Capacity planning and management team to achieve target customer count year on yearand reduce Total Cost of Ownership.</li> <li>Oversee Infra operational capacity requirement of ~200,000 servers across 100+ Datacenters.</li> <li>Maintain customer infrastructure requirements accurately in demand planning tools, and with at most transparency.</li> <li>Follow defined processes, identify the need to continuously improve. Maintain and enhance documentation.</li> <li>Address customer requests (on tickets or emails) in a very timely manner. Understand customer requirements, contractual eligibility, and efficiently manage capacity.</li> <li>Cross team co-ordination:</li> <li>Work with Global Delivery Office to review infra capacity situation and plan Customer system delivery date/s.</li> <li>Work with System Build &amp; Service Request handling team to enable full filling of customer deliverables.</li> <li>Work with Decommission team, Incident Team to track and follow up any pending or long running decommission.</li> <li>Support development teams with tool implementation and integration.</li> <li>Work with public cloud capacity team/s to ensure capacity availability for ECS customers.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in infrastructure operations or service delivery with a focus on large-scale environments.</li> <li>Strong understanding of capacity planning, operational stability, and reliability engineering.</li> <li>Experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably with hyperscalers or large enterprise clients.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Excellent working knowledge in MS Excel &amp; MS Outlook.
