This individual will be a technical reference within the team, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions aligned with market best practices and client business needs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement technological solutions based on Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, among others).</li><li>Provide specialized technical consulting to optimize clients' Microsoft environments.</li><li>Lead internal teams and collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance technological solutions.</li><li>Conduct business requirements assessments, translating them into effective technical solutions.</li><li>Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues in Microsoft systems.</li><li>Actively participate in migration, upgrade, and system integration projects.</li><li>Ensure complete documentation and knowledge transfer to involved teams.</li><li>Participate in adoption projects with active involvement in client training on communications, collaboration, and AI (Copilot).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5 years in technical consulting with Microsoft solutions, with a proven track record of leading infrastructure and systems projects.</li><li><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365.</li><li><strong>Advanced Technical Skills:</strong> Experience in implementing and administering Microsoft infrastructure, data migration, and system integration.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Excellent communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and results orientation.</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> Microsoft certifications (such as Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, or similar) are highly valued.</li><li>Technical leadership and the ability to manage projects and teams.</li><li>Proactivity in identifying improvements and developing innovative solutions.</li><li>Results-focused and aligned with client strategic objectives.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in dynamic environments.</li></ul>
