Associate Director U.S. Oncology Marketing Consumer Engagement Architect

Job Description
A key member of the U.S. Oncology Omni-Channel Strategy & Innovation team, the Associate Director of U.S. Oncology Marketing Consumer Engagement Architect will work with a team of analytic professionals and external media, creative and analytic agency partners to deliver actionable Consumer campaign performance reporting and business insights across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Using data to validate Consumer media strategy and planning (budget, channel mix, messaging, audience/segments, publishers/networks…)
Creating measurement plans that align to strategic imperatives and campaign/media objectives
Establishing overall and channel level goals using historical data/benchmarks
Ensuring every analytic deliverable has data-driven actionable insights that can be used to inform business decisions
Developing learning agendas, defining pilot programs, and pulling through test results to inform in-flight campaign optimizations
Managing the creation of the monthly/quarterly campaign performance reports and deep dive analyses
Working in a complex matrix organization where exceptional collaboration is required to obtain desired results
Position location:
Upper Gwynedd, PA with Hybrid work model (combination of in-office 3 days per week and remote)
Travel Requirements: 10-15%
Education Minimum Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
Desired: Master's degree (MBA/MS)
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of seven (7) years multi-channel marketing and campaign design experience with an emphasis on Consumer digital strategy that optimizes overall patient experience to drive business results
Passion for data and analytics with ability to socialize key insights through persuasive story-telling that brings meaningful and actionable context to drive more data-informed decision making
Strong knowledge of marketing and Consumer media fundamentals and ability to align marketing strategy and behavioral objectives to tactical campaign design across multiple dimensions (customer, channel, content, cadence)
Demonstrated change management skills with ability to lead, advocate, influence, and collaborate across various functions at all levels
Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams
Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex and technical concepts clearly and concisely to broad audiences
Innovative mindset with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk taking
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects/solutions with hands-on, detail-oriented approach
