About the Role

The ideal candidate will be actively involved in Agile delivery cycles and contribute directly to sprint activities. The resource should bring strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scenarios based on user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Performing manual testing of web applications, APIs, and back-end systems, ensuring full coverage.
• Defining and implement robust test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web, API, and backend services.
• Working closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to integrate QA processes in CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensuring test documentation is up to date and maintained in tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
• Working closely with the QA Manager to continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards.

Requirements

• Possess experience in both manual testing and test automation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and Agile principle
• Direct experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Functionize, TestNG, JUnit, Postman,
• Exhibit knowledge of testing APIs, web applications, and integration workflows.
• Maintain working experience with defect management and test lifecycle tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr,
• Possess experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrate knowledge with BDD/TDD practices and frameworks like Cucumber.
• Have obtained an ISTQB or equivalent certification
