To learn more about Pearce visit <a href="http://www.pearce-services.com">http://www.pearce-services.com</a>.</p></div><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p> <p>The Entry Level Travel Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Technician in the PEARCE Renewables Energy Storage Systems (ESS) division performs tasks involving operations and maintenance (O&M) and physical labor at commercial and industrial solar energy projects located throughout United States.<strong> This is up to a 100% travel role across the United States. </strong></p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) equipment.</li> <li>Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment as an authorized person and under properly performed LOTO conditions.</li> <li>Conduct daily safety and task planning discussions including pre-task planning, Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs), and Risk Assessments (RAs).</li> <li>Interact with vendors and customers in a professional manner.</li> <li>Act as a team member to support site work which could include supervising field work onsite focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.</strong></p> <p><strong>Core Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of electrical proficiency relating to electrical systems and components is preferred.</li> <li>1+ years of Renewable energy experience is preferred.</li> <li>A commitment to safety and attention to detail with the ability to recognize potential issues and provide safe solutions.</li> <li>Post-secondary education or Technical school is preferred.</li> <li>Electrical certifications are preferred such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and NFPA70E.</li> <li
