Job DetailsJob Location: Flow Toyota of Statesville - Statesville, NC 28625Flow Toyota of Statesville is interviewing for top vehicle exchange sales associates. This is a full time, entry level junior sales associate position for those looking to start a new career in the automotive sales industry. Junior sales associates start off in the vehicle exchange program while learning all about automotive sales and what it takes to be a good sales consultant.

Key Responsibilities:


Engage daily with service customers to present upgrade options through the Vehicle Exchange Program
Engage with showroom and digital leads. Identify customer needs and present trade-in and purchase options
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and financing programs
Deliver product demonstrations and guide buying decisions
Collaborate with sales managers and service advisors to ensure seamless customer experience
Assist the sales and service departments as needed
Track all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
Achieve monthly goals for vehicle exchanges and customer satisfaction


 

Qualifications:


Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Professional appearance with a positive, customer focused attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
