You will do it in a highly international environment and in a supportive culture where effort counts.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Are you our new <b>Project Manager</b>?</p><p></p><p>As a Project Manager at Intrum in Athens you will have the opportunity to be part of an international team focused on delivering exceptional services and solutions by working closely with all business units and group companies.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do: </b></p><ul><li>Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and strategic programs</li><li>Be responsible for timely Projects’ delivery, in alignment with company’s strategy &amp; objectives</li><li>Manage multiple stakeholders &amp; project teams</li><li>Develop schedules, timelines, and milestones to manage, track and report project progress</li><li>Maintain consistent communication and manage expectations of stakeholders and management team</li><li> Coordinate the testing and support the business owners in performing acceptance tests </li><li>Manage escalations and issues / risks associated with a particular project</li><li>Liaise with vendor management appointed resources</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for: </b></p><ul><li>Strong academic background in relevant subject</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management</li><li>Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude, working under tight deadlines in an organized fashion</li><li>Proven team-oriented person who can share information, goals, opportunities, successes and failures with the appropriate parties</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language </li></ul><p></p><p><b>It’s a plus if you bring: </b></p><ul><li>Formal PM Certifications</li><li>Banking operations experience</li><li>Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and problem analysis capabilities</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer: </b>At Intrum we offer not only a challenging and rewarding career but also: </p><ul><li>a supportive work environment </li><li>quite rich training &amp; development activity</li><li>exciting career opportunities and a solid internal career path </li><li>hybrid work model allowing to combine work from home and office</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Intrum: </b><br/>Intrum is the industry-leading provider of credit management services across 20 markets in Europe.
