This is how you will grow:

The Project Management Specialist is responsible for the integration for all new type vehicles.. Primary responsibilities will be Committee Management, Topic Steering & Process Documentation.

• Committee management for project steering meeting and weekly ramp up meeting for both vehicle and battery plant.
• Organization of ramp-up committees
• Committee steering.
• Serves as a key contact for new type planning vehicles and batteries in order to ensure proper communication and information exchange
• Plan, check and act to implement interdisciplinary workshops and/or project meetings.
• Document the teams' processes in a defined format to ensure knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering or related field
• 3 plus years of project management
• Ability to work in a team with high commitment and great flexibility.
• Enthusiasm about interdisciplinary thinking and teamwork.
• Business mind-set and ability to think strategically.
• Interpersonal skills and abilities to deal effectively at all levels within MBUSI and with corporate / external partners.
• Sound analytical and organizational skills, structured working approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
