Client Quality Control Production Specialist (Hybrid)

Under general direction, provide quality control for pre and post production on client selections and daily processes for the CDS Global Core order management system. Organizes, manages, and executes the production responsibilities for client selections. Prioritizes, performs and completes daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc processes. Functions as a liaison for production issues and related questions among client management team and other internal and external contacts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients’ proprietary information.
• Provide quality control pre and post production on client selections and daily processes for the CDS Global Core order management system for all Core clients. Reviews reports to confirm accurate balancing of the selections and completion of jobs. Performs quality and reasonability checks on jobs.
• Utilizes quality control procedures to help detect and resolve errors in client production data and/or files. Monitors work to verify, troubleshoot, and problem solve client production work.
• Serves as a best practice, quality resource, and quality control production specialist on a cross functional team, and/or projects on identified areas.
• Develops and maintains production documentation on processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Provides assistance in troubleshooting and communicates with appropriate staff.
• Creates, updates, and maintains master schedule template for clients. Analyzes, consults, and implements client selection instructions into the template and performs quality checks.
• Evaluates and recommends production changes in methods and/or procedures to achieve greater results and/or add value.
• Responsible for entering billable tasks in iVault and verifies auto bill entries are accurate for own work.
• Verifies test instructions received, interpreted, and executed by the client/client management team.
• Monitors the Wilton Problem Database. Researches problems related to production concerns and/or directs problems to appropriate individual/department.
• Analyzes, sets up, and schedules production selections on the Core system. Reviews, balances, and processes output.
• Organizes, coordinates, and assumes responsibility for assigned client production requests Coordinates and collaborates with the Technical Client Consultants and Client Managers on production requests.
• As necessary, schedules meetings to discuss and document production requests and desired results.
• Obtains and applies a working knowledge of the Core system to effectively perform quality control work. Attends training and/or onsite classes as required.
• Interacts in cooperative and professional manner with all levels of employees, client managers, clients and/or vendors in team oriented environment.
• Organizes tasks and resources to complete work according to multiple, varied processing schedules/requests, procedures, and guidelines to meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
• Continually learns and applies new information in fast-paced, dynamic technical environment.
• Provides assistance to other team members and departments.
• Adheres to CDS Global attendance policies.
• Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs additional duties as required or requested.
• May occasionally work extended hours.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING
• High School or equivalent.
• Four or more years of Client Production Associate experience or comparable experience.
• Successful fulfillment industry related experience, preferably with CDS Global.
• Advanced PC skills. Successful experience working with email, word processing, and spreadsheet software (e.g. Outlook, Microsoft Office).
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates active listening skills.
• Analytical, problem solving, and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to perform quality control.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving business situations, determining most effective and/or efficient actions.
• Basic math skills.
