Want to join the ride?</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span>We are now looking for a <b>Service Engineer Mechanical</b> to join our team working for a more sustainable future. </span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span>The location for this position is in <u>Budaörs, Hungary</u>. </span></span></span><br/>  </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b><span>As a Service Engineer Mechanical, your work will focus on those responsibilities:</span></b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Executing planned maintenances and repairing jobs on Wärtsilä OEM engines and its auxiliaries according to Wärtsilä instructions.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Performing maintenance and repair jobs in relation to other products of Wärtsilä corporation.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Use and maintain shop and field tools in accordance with good mechanical-work practices.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Maintain the quality and efficiency of mechanical work performed (as measured by warranty costs), in accordance with manufacturers specifications and ISO procedures.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ensure customer satisfaction with job performance &amp; through positive interactions with customers.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fulfil tasks given by the Field Service Team Leader.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>The below will enable you to shine in this role:</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or an equivalent field.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Previous experience in a related field along with proven experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Technical experience in marine engineering with practical problem-solving skills.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>A safety-first mind-set.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Highly effective technical communication skills, both written and verbal. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to interact professionally and deliver solutions to customers during work execution.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience of working with electrical systems would be beneficial.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Willing to travel approximately 80% of the time.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Why you and us</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>We at Wärtsilä believe in empowerment, ownership and taking responsibility of our work.
