About this role 

Transcarent serves millions of members across several care experiences including Surgery Care, Oncology Care, Virtual Primary Care, Pharmacy Care, and more. Our mission of creating a new, better, and different healthcare experience across so many health journeys requires we have a team that can think holistically about the driving growth to and connectivity between each of these experiences.   

We’re seeking an analytical and collaborative Senior Product Manager to join our growth product team to oversee the shared member experiences that support each of care experiences.  

What you’ll do 

• Own the vision and roadmap for Transcarent’s highest engagement features including Provider Finder, My Health, My Benefits, and more. Be accountable for engagement and retention outcomes of key product experiences. 
• Build strong perspective on roadmap priorities by deeply understanding the needs of our members, our customers, and our business. 
• Monitor key trends and the competitive landscape within your product area to identify opportunities that drive member, customer, and business value. 
• Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and data science/analytics to define, develop, launch and optimize new products. 
• Define success metrics, measure, and evaluate the impact of product-led initiatives.  
• Identify opportunities to refine and optimize our product offerings based on product metrics and analysis. 

What we’re looking for 

• 3-5 years of product management experience within the healthcare industry. 
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional product initiatives to deliver meaningful business and user outcomes. 
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You make others feel understood, not just heard. 
• Analytical thinking and a proclivity for using data to answer questions. 
• Ability to convey complex ideas through written, visual, and verbal communication, always focusing on the "why” behind everything you do – from strategy presentations to product requirements. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Nice to have 

• MBA, or similar business graduate degree 

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:$150,000—$170,000 USD

Total Rewards 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
