In this role, you'll have the opportunity to help shape a growing team, enhance the user experience practice in a multi-function organization, and directly improve the lives of our users by solving complex problems.</span></span><br/> <br/>  </p> <h3><span><b>What you will do</b></span></h3> <p><span><span>As a Senior UX Designer, you will develop a deep understanding of our small group of internal users to create tailored, super efficient applications to manage large sets of data. You will work closely with a couple teams and lead one of the product domains. Your work will balance creating detailed pixel-precise solutions, collaborating on the big picture strategic vision, and maturing the practice in our team and area.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <h3><span><b>Who you are</b></span></h3> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>6+ years as a UX Designer, ideally focusing on internal tools, enterprise, or B2B environments. </span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Ability to clearly and persuasively convey complex design concepts across diverse audiences and organizational levels. </span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Thorough understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, user research, and design systems. Skilled in various user research methods and capable of creating and executing research plans. </span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Able to lead cross-functional projects, ensuring collaboration, engagement, and alignment with requirements and long-term vision.
