• The hourly equivalent for this position is $44.79 - $69.48.  [OR The annual salary for this position is $93,160 - $144,513.]

Oregon City, Oregon rests on the Willamette River southeast of Portland. It is part of the Portland Metropolitan Area (along with Beaverton, Gresham, Hillsboro, and Vancouver, WA). The Clackamas County Circuit Court is hiring a Judicial Staff Supervisor (Supervisor 3).

In this role…

You will be responsible for supervision, coaching, and discipline of judicial staff. Provide workload assignments, performance evaluations, and leave approvals. Offer clarification of procedures, rules, and business processes to support accurate and efficient work performance. Serve a liaison between the judicial staff and judges to address workload needs and support consistent application of co
