Greenhouse is looking for a Content Production Manager to join our team!
Reporting to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, the Content Production Manager will be responsible for producing thought leadership webinars, video and other multimedia content to drive demand. This role will proactively identify topics, secure and manage speakers, and work collaboratively with multiple Greenhouse stakeholders across Marketing, People and Revenue teams. This role will also handle any technical production of thought leadership webinars, video and other multimedia created as well as project managing promotion to our audiences. What you’ll do
- Develop and produce thought leadership webinars from start to finish (supporting company goals and content marketing strategy)
- Assist with other multimedia productions such as brand video and podcasts where needed (including editing, scheduling, scripting, promotion)
- Help coordinate thought leadership for live events (such as script writing, Q&A, coordinate on-site video production, etc.)
- Create compelling content to support webinar or other multimedia content (such as writing webinar recap blog posts, writing email nurtures, repurposing video clips from panels for social media, etc.)
- Uphold Greenhouse’s brand tone & voice, messaging and positioning in content
- Partner with members of the marketing team and cross-functional partners to understand the landscape of the market and develop content that differentiates Greenhouse and our products
- Understand content marketing analytics reports and provide thoughtful recommendations based on data-backed insights
You should have
- Proven track record of developing and running a successful webinar program with the goal of driving leads for Sales
- Experience with collaboratively planning, executing and promoting live events (can be virtual and/or in-person)
- 5+ years of experience in video production (such as video/audio editing, talent management, scheduling, running tech rehearsals)
- Excellent writing and communication skills (such as blog posts, interviews, scripts, speaker communications)
- Experience using webinar platforms such as BigMarker, On24, Hopin or other
- Experience using a project management tool (such as Asana, Monday, Notion, etc)
- Experience using a video editing platform (such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut pro, etc)
- Experience with Google Office Suite
- Understanding of the project management - review cycle
