Sr Purchasing Agent (IT Sourcing Financial Analyst)

Responsibilities:
- Leading cross functional teams through complex negotiations
- Analyzing, negotiating and redlining indirect agreements
- Driving value-add outcomes for the business in all purchases
- Placing POs and complex subcontract orders for Direct & Indirect IT Purchase Orders
- Working with various categories of spend as needed
- Understand Total Cost of Ownership
- Develop Sourcing Strategies & understanding the license models
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Procurement experience
- Excel, Word & Power Point(intermediate to Expert)
- 2 or more years IT Procurement & Sourcing experience required
- Contract negotiation skills.
- FAR/DFAR Regulations
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in CostPoint or other ERPs
- CPIM, CPM or other professional certifications
- Experience with Source-to-Pay tools (Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
- Indirect/Direct contracting experience
- Software/IT contracting and purchasing experience
- Finance/Accounting - Pricing & Cost Modeling Analysis Exercise
- Familiarity with SAAS/ PAAS/ Terms & Conditions Negotiation
- IT/software contracting experience
- Experience in indirect SCM positions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering
