We are one team, always growing, putting our clients first.</p><p><br/></p><p>A opportunity has arisen for a Director of Client Operations to join the Davy Wealth Management Division.</p><p><br/></p><p>About the Director of Client Operations – Davy Wealth Management Opportunity:</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Wealth Operations this role is responsible for the management of front office operations in Davy Wealth Management (WM). The role is suited to an experienced Wealth Management executive currently operating at Director level, with exceptional drive, determination and a proven track record managing client operations teams in a complex regulated business. This people leader must have the ability to motivate, establish trust and build relationships. </p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Management of the dealing, order book management, client information management, regulatory remediation and transaction monitoring teams in WM</li> <li>Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role</li> <li>Represent WM operations at various committees/forums</li> <li>Act as a key member of the WM SMT, and make a significant contribution to the execution of the WM strategic and operating plans </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br/></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years’ senior management experience in financial services, preferably MiFID investment firms</li> <li>Minimum 5+ years senior management experience in client facing WM operations</li> <li>Proven track record of innovation and execution in WM client operations</li> <li>In depth understanding of the Davy Wealth Management operating model including P&amp;L drivers, customer needs and internal capabilities</li> <li>In depth knowledge and understanding of key regulations such as financial crime, suitability, best execution, appropriateness, inducements, product governance and PRIPS</li> <li>Expertise in stakeholder management with proven track record in people leadership</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience and/or qualifications in Risk Management a distinct advantage</li> <li>Excellent motivational, communication and interpersonal skills</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Satisfactory fulfilment of minimum competency criteria as set out in the Minimum Competency Code</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>Davy is an equal opportunities employer and we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
