You will inspire teams to achieve performance, guide transformational processes, and ensure the attainment of our goals in safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance. Together with an international team, you will elevate our site to benchmark status within our industry.</p><p>​</p><h1><b>What will your typical day look like? </b></h1><ul><li>​<span> </span>Leading and developing the local management team while fostering a high-performance corporate culture</li><li>Representing the company to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Managing P&amp;L responsibility, including budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation in alignment with product lines and financial targets</li><li>Driving investment planning and operational efficiency</li><li>Developing and implementing site strategy and transformation projects</li><li>Strategically steering and optimizing business processes in line with Operational Excellence, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance</li><li>Ensuring and continuously improving established KPIs and business goals</li><li>Building strong interfaces with other Wabtec sites, business units, and local stakeholders</li><li>Promoting corporate compliance and securing relevant certifications</li><li>Coordinating interdisciplinary teams and processes at the site</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What do we want to know about you? </b></h1><ul><li>Completed university degree <span>(M.Sc./B.Sc./Diploma)</span> in engineering, business administration, or a related field</li><li>Ideally 15–20 years of industrial experience, preferably in project-driven environments with complex production structures</li><li>Proven leadership capabilities and broad operational expertise with P&amp;L accountability</li><li>Strong skills in budget management and resource planning</li><li>Experience working with international, multi-site teams</li><li>Background in supply chain, engineering, quality management, and project leadership</li><li>Strategic mindset, assertiveness, and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus</li><li>APICS/ASCM certification is advantageous</li><li>Willingness to travel</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Our offer</b></h1><ul><li>A position of significant responsibility with global reach</li><li>The opportunity to shape pioneering industrial projects</li><li>An international environment with high levels of autonomy and impact</li><li>An attractive compensation package and employee benefits</li></ul><p></p><p><span><span><b>Stemmann-Technik</b> is one of the world’s leading </span><a href="https://www.stemmann.com/en/products" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span>manufacturers of energy and data transfer components</span></a><span> and systems in industrial and transport technology.
