Data Conversion Analyst

The role of Data Conversion Analyst is critical to the success of the team and our clients who require data migrations from native and third-party sources. The right person for the role is a motivated, energetic, and experienced individual who knows the WorkWave products well and is able to utilize technical and analytical skills to assess the needs of every client. This person will ensure the customer experience is best-in-class while working cross-functionality with Customer Success and Data Services to track the progress of all deliverables between WorkWave and clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage all aspects of the customer conversion process and track their progress
• Consult with customers to understand their business needs and recommend best practices in the use of the software
• Offer technical expertise and guidance throughout the data conversion and merge processes
• Handle customer support calls during the conversion time-frame
• Nurture customer relationships to build a relationship built on trust
• Scope the needs for Report Writer custom report requests via consultation and discovery with clients
• Align with team performance and approach to improve metrics and increase customer loyalty.
• Actively participate in increasing your knowledge of the software and the industries
• Work both independently and cross-functionally to champion the success of your customer’s migration process
• Drive efficiency between sales, onboarding, and data engineering hand-off
• Requires some level of work being done outside of standard business hours

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong background in customer service and training
• Advanced Excel knowledge and data analysis skills
• Minimum of 2 years of technical support or implementation experience
• Project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Data conversion or migration experience
• Negotiates win/win outcomes 
• High attention to detail
• Open to feedback
• A track record for handling escalated issues appropriately
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Strong communication skills within a team, between teams, and with management
• Excelling in current position within team, no PIP in past 12 months.
