Service Scheduler/BDC Administrator

Pay: $18-$20 hourly depending on experience

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive or customer service (1 year preferred)
• Previous BDC or call center experience, especially in a dealership setting
• Proficient with phone systems, email, and CRM software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of vehicle service and maintenance terminology
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
