The Role

Join the Kyndryl Legal Department as our inaugural Operations Manager, reporting directly to our Managing Executive. This dynamic role offers a variety of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and challenged.  

Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with various department functions and across Kyndryl, particularly with Finance and HR. This is an impactful role perfect for someone who thrives on new challenges and enjoys making a difference.

Specifically you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

• You'll interface with Finance to support legal budget forecasting, prepare reports, track expenses, and manage the department budget.
• You'll coordinate logistics for department-wide initiatives such as goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
• As a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, you'll coordinate team meetings and track progress on key strategic initiatives.
• You'll serve as a Project Manager, leading and supporting the advancement of our transformational efforts, including the adoption of tools and technology, and improved knowledge sharing and management.
• You’ll be the “go to” for various other projects to help increase overall efficiency within Kyndryl’s legal team.

The compensation range for this position in the US is $110,880 to $210,600 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience.  For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.  The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work location:

New York City: 133,080 to $252,840

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.  You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off.  Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
