IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in project management,  change management, data analysis, Microsoft PowerPlatform and Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects within the Benelux while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver successful projects.

What will you do?

Project Planning and Management

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

Data Analysis and Microsoft PowerPlatform

• Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
• Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft PowerPlatform tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our platform for implementing business solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and configure Dynamics 365 modules accordingly.
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 components.
• Ensure integration with other systems and data sources for seamless functionality.

Change Management

• Develop change management strategies to support project implementation and user adoption.
• Identify potential resistance to change and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Communicate project updates, benefits, and training opportunities to stakeholders and end-users.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and data scientists, to ensure project success.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, project team members, and external vendors.
• Collaborate closely with other markets and our Europe Headquarter in Paris

Who are we looking for?

• Higher education backgroundin engineering, business, or a university degree, at least 5-10 years of experience in the implementation and management of IT projects in an international context, preferably in a consulting firm or in a company
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Capacity to bridge the gap between technical teams and business teams
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Microsoft PowerPlatform/D365 are preferred
• Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is advantageous
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Living in or around Amsterdam or Brussels and willing to travel within the Benelux
