Join MPower Solar in actively fighting climate change and contributing to a more sustainable future for the Bronx & Southern Westchester community  .  What is an Entry Level Solar Appointment Setter ?In your role as an Entry Level Solar Appointment Setter, you will inform homeowners how going solar can reduce or eliminate their ever-rising electricity bills. You will then schedule Homeowners an appointment with a solar specialist to explain how it works. Candidates for this position will receive paid training, and the ideal candidates will be charismatic, financially driven, passionate about helping their community & the environment, and looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.  If you're interested in building a career this role has two built in career paths, for a JR Solar Specialist and Solar Setter Management. 

Responsibilities

How much are the Income Expectations: 

• On-target earnings with Base Pay plus Commissions and Bonuses are currently $1400-$2000 weekly or 74,000- 106,000 annually
• 1.5  Commissions payout for weekend set appointments
• $1000 Monthly bonus for hitting quota consistently

  Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend optional

Qualifications

What are the Responsibilities?

• Generate Solar Appointments with Homeowners.
• Ensure customers are excited and Sit for the appointment.
• Help homeowners lower their power bills while Saving the Environment
• Participate in daily in-office training to help increase your earning potential, team building and promotion opportunities.
• Support Solar Specialists through effective communication and note-taking.
