Field Operations Manager

• Field Operations Manager – Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment of Health IT Specialist or Recruit, interview candidates.
• Responsible for introduction and orientation of new Health IT Specialist
• Responsible for reviewing disciplinary matters or other human resources issues with IQVIA’s Health IT Specialist

• Responsible for preparing and delivering performance reviews taking into account appropriate feedback from Client Marketing Directors and field partners
• Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with client expense policies
• Ride along on field visits in order to: assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; monitor and manage field reporting; and implement performance or disciplinary plans.
• Monitor time-keeping and attendance of Health IT Specialist
• Responsibility for all administrative tasks of IQVIA Health IT Specialist
• Act as the primary link between Client and IQVIA for all operational and human resources/personnel needs relating to the Health IT Specialist 
• Provide Health IT presentations and training to internal groups as requested
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, develop and execute business plans

• CRM Management including, collaborate with CRM team ensuring the system is optimized, extract reports and develop monthly and quarterly outcomes.
• Fully comply with all state and federal laws and guidelines, including, without limitation, those laws relating to interactions with healthcare providers, with the PhRMA Code for Interactions
• Communicate with client & Director on regular and timely basis.
• 25% to 35 % travel
• M-F 9 to 5 occasional evening and weekend events

The potential base pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
