Description
The Product Strategy Analyst (PSA) at Maytronics plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. The PSA will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct market analysis, analyze data, and develop strategic recommendations to drive product growth and innovation. This role will influence key decisions and help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market. This position is based in our Duluth, GA North America headquarter office.
This PSA role will collaborate regularly with our corporate HQ office in Israel on strategy and product details.
This role will understand the customer experience to create strategic price positions and determine potential future requirements. Other responsibilities include presenting and managing market forecasts, developing promotions, and managing profitability.
The PSA utilizes strong communication skills to drive alignment and “buy-in” while communicating and collaborating with teams across the organization as well as with external customers and leadership members.
- Product Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive product strategies.
- Define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop detailed product roadmaps and prioritize features based on strategic objectives.
- Internal Process Management: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
- Competitive Product & Market Analysis: Maintain relevant market data, including research, acquire, and analyze competitor offerings with MTIL Team.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders, both internal and external. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within project teams.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and track project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.) from a four-year college or university required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in product strategy, ideally within the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
- Project Management certification preferred
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel programs.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention-to-detail and a passion for delivering quality results.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of MS office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SalesForce
