Responsibilities

Summary:The Administrative Rep - Base Operator operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls and handles base operations for store. Good phone voice and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:- Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls- Supplies information to callers and records messages- Keeps record of calls received- Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing- Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone- Assist in special projects for Store Administration - Other duties may be assigned Requirements:- Switchboard experience preferred- Ability to multi-task essential- Ability to handle a high volume of varied work and juggle multiple tasks- Must be self motivated and able to work independently- Ability to work flexible schedules (days, evenings, and weekends)- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to handle stressful situations- Accuracy- Value diversity02-2004
