How you'll make an impact

• Lead and inspire a skilled GIS field service team

• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all operations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in field operations

• Support training, development, and performance management of staff

Your background

• Technical degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

• 8–10 years of relevant industry experience

• 3–5 years of people management experience

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

• Experience with high voltage field service activities up to 800kV

• Proficiency in MS Office365, SharePoint, and SAP

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
