To be successful in this role you should be wellorganized with great time management skills and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment. Your administrative responsibilities will be varied and include special projects and collaboration and coordination with various stack holders.

What You'll Do
- Support team with a broad variety of administrative tasks and projects
- Assist in the review and updating of firm wide procedures and policies and look for ways to improve current systems
- Schedule, coordinate, participate in meetings and prepare required materials and follow up on important actions and decisions
- Organize files residing in SharePoint
- Maintain internal contact management database as well as firm used CRMs
- Prepare and edit presentations and reports
- Handle all the logistics of firm venues / events, including travel arrangements
- Calendar management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of administrative experience
- Resides near NYC (NJ and CT will do) and can easily travel to NYC
- Expertise in various CRM tools with regards to reporting and organization. HubSpot a MAJOR plus.
- Exceptional leadership, task, and resource management skills
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling information
- Highly resourceful and effective working within a team and independently
- Ability to plan and keep track of and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Solid organizational skills and time-management
- Strong teamwork skills
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- A plus: Hands-on experience with ClickUp
