Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer Engineer to join our insurance technology team The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and a proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams This role involves designing and implementing digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline insurance operations
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain AEM components templates and workflows tailored to insurance products and services
Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts UX designers and QA engineers to deliver high quality digital experiences
Translate insurance business requirements into scalable AEM solutions
Ensure code quality performance optimization and adherence to best practices
Participate in sprint planning daily standups and client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback
Support integration with backend systems such as policy management claims processing and CRM platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM deployments and content delivery
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager including Sites Assets and Forms
Strong understanding of Java J2EE HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs
Experience in developing AEM components using Sling JCR and OSGi frameworks
Familiarity with insurance workflows customer journeys and digital servicing platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Ability to work in agile environments and contribute to collaborative team efforts
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with personalization analytics and campaign management in AEM
Exposure to cloud based AEM environments and DevOps practices
Prior experience working with insurance clients or on insurance related projects
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies
