ITD Finance Internship - Information Technology Division

We are looking for an intern to perform finance, accounting, and business process automation activities within the ITD Finance Team. Responsibilities include assigning budget codes, monitoring budget estimates and actual spend, analyzing trends, creating reports, and reconciling data from multiple sources. This position requires working in a team environment (hybrid) to manage the day-to-day ticket queue of purchase requests and renewals. The intern will receive hands on experience gaining knowledge of complex processes, financial systems, finance and accounting methods, and budgeting. The intern will also assist in the development and maintenance of the ITD Finance Team’s process automation using AI and other available tools. Training will be provided.
