Kentro is hiring for an Information Technology Data Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Responsibilities:

• Use knowledge of data processing and requirements development, capture, or management strategies to provide recommendations to Government leaders.
• Collaborate with data professionals to evaluate data figures, create reports based on findings, and monitor key performance indicators to determine mission initiatives success.
• Supports Archibus system administration and maintenance, including data entry/validation, report generation, and documentation.
• Performs Archibus system administration tasks, such as user account creation and data imports/exports, under supervision.
• Maintains the Archibus database and data integrity, following established procedures.
• Generates standard Archibus reports and contributes to the creation of basic dashboards and visualizations.
• Provides first-line user support, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Contributes to the development of Archibus training materials and participates in user training sessions.
• Supports data integration from external systems into Archibus.
• Troubleshoots and resolves Archibus issues.

Location: On-site in Springfield, VA.

Requirements

• Understanding of Archibus concepts.
• Foundational knowledge of database concepts (e.g., tables, queries).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic experience with web technologies (HTML).

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in coding languages such as Oracle and Python.
• Experience with statistical analyses and statistical software.
• Data reporting and data visualization skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis methods and software. Demonstrated ability to perform data reporting and create effective visualizations.
• Practical experience with Archibus database administration and reporting.
• Familiarity with BIM/Revit software and geospatial data integration.
• Experience using service desk software to track and manage user requests.

Clearance:

• Must possess an Active TS/SCI with the ability to take and pass a CI Polygraph
