Job Description

Text “CS” to 32543 to learn more about how you can become a part of our legacy.

• Earn $17.02 per hour

• Full-time Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm

• 600 Arsenal Road, York, PA 17404

You will contribute by: 

• Reading order sheets or using headset to find and select items

• Removing units from full cases in specified quantities

• Putting away any incoming product

• Checking quantities of pick slots and filling as needed

• Staging product or loading if necessary

• Ensuring item pick accuracy and safety of product to prevent product damage

• Maintaining sanitation in the aisles according to policy and procedure

• Performing other job-related duties as assigned

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc. 

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools

We’re searching for candidates with:

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment preferred

• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures

• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others

• Desire to work in a union workforce

• Ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Your work environment may include:

• Grocery (Dry Goods) – about 50°- 90°
