Data Entry Keyer

Job Summary:

Medical Marijuana Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Keyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and business information in company databases and systems. This role requires speed, accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter patient, appointment, and company data into internal systems accurately

Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies

Update and maintain electronic records and databases

Organize digital files and documentation

Verify information before submission

Generate reports when requested

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and company information

Communicate with team members regarding corrections or missing data

Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred

Fast and accurate typing skills

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

Experience with healthcare or office record systems

Familiarity with spreadsheets and database software

Strong problem-solving skills
