You are responsible for the long-term vision and commercial health of a concentrated book of Enterprise accounts.&nbsp; In this role, you won’t just manage accounts; you will be the lead architect for AlphaSense’s growth within the world’s most sophisticated investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.</p> <p>You will manage a portfolio of Strategic Financial Accounts, working closely with end users and decision makers, including C-suite executives, key decision makers and end users, who rely on AlphaSense to gain a competitive edge in the markets.</p> <p>Success in this role is fundamentally measured by your ability to protect and expand revenue; as such, you will carry specific targets and quotas tied to Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) to accelerate growth. While retention and growth remain core metrics, the impact of an Account Director extends well beyond traditional KPIs.
