Overview
The National Accounts Assistant Manager position reports directly to the Manager of National Accounts responsible for the Walmart Photo Processing Business. The position has responsibility for executing sales tactics necessary to achieve the Photo Processing Strategic Sales Plan. This includes interfacing with both Walmart stores & Walmart.com merchandising teams to ensure alignment of sales strategy & tactics. Perform other duties as assigned and requested by his/her manager and/or Fujifilm Management. The National Accounts Assistant Manager position is located in the Fujifilm Bentonville, AR Sales Office to more effectively align the duties of the position with the account needs.

These companies market a broad range of consumer and commercial products in North America and Latin America. The Imaging Division (ID) provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Electronic Imaging Division (EID) markets consumer digital cameras; the Graphic Communications Division (GCD) supplies products and services to the graphic printing industry; the Optical Devices Division (OD) provides optical lenses for broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television and binoculars. The Industrial Products Division (IPD) supplies cutting edge digital imaging and conventional film, chemistry and equipment to the NDT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison for Walmart stores and walmart.com merchandising teams; comprehensive understanding of the sales & marketing strategies of the account. Ensure that all teams are working in unison to achieve the plan.
- Support Walmart merchants with item creation & set up, content and product reviews.
- Complete a weekly competitive pricing review for both Walmart stores and walmart.com. Make recommendations from the data on necessary pricing moves to maintain the account’s price leadership.
- Generate a weekly and monthly trend analysis. This analysis will consist of “What’s New?” in both the photo and non-photo environment and suggest new strategic initiatives to keep the photo assortment fresh & innovative.
- Manage the full process of any new items being added into the kiosk or online. This position will ensure the item creation process is executed flawlessly and any concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Prepare a monthly Price Harmonization report for the Walmart stores and Walmart.com merchants. This position will manage the interface between the stores & .com merchants to ensure that Walmart’s Omni Channel strategy is achieved in practice, i.e., the customers see the same item at the same price however they choose to shop or purchase.
- Develop a monthly kiosk and online review to monitor for any updates or adjustments that need to be made.
- Effectively manage a full product assortment review of a monthly basis. All parties will be reliant on this position for insights into what items need to be removed from the assortment and what improvements need to be implemented.
- Process Code 16 (Unsalable/RA), Code 18 (c/b sales related), Code 50 (POD) and Code 54 (Shortage) chargebacks for Walmart.
- Query reports from Promo System to determine chargeback type.
- Analyze each chargeback to determine reason, obtain correct POD from carrier and file claim with Walmart Dispute Portal to obtain payback or credit.
- Pull PO reports from Walmart Retail Link System.
- Continuously review Walmart Dispute Portal for results of claim and enter check number in Promo System to clear chargeback.
- Work with Walmart Shared Service Team to resolve claims over Walmart’s 30/60 day policy.
- Monitor SAP and collaborate with Customer Service team to obtain shortage claim findings. Obtain credit memo and enter in Promo System to clear chargeback.
- Maintain pending file to clear chargebacks in Promo System in a timely manner.
- Maintain Write-Off file and communicate to HQ chargebacks that are not solvable.
- The Assistant Account Manager will be required to travel with the Walmart management as requested to visit stores & other business travel. The position will also be required to visit Fujifilm facilities from time to time for meetings and training.
