Order processing Administrator Trainee

Location: Sao Paulo, BR

Duration: 1 year

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of Order Processing (Brazil) – after-sales

• Monitoring of Internal PO Processing in SAP and B1

• Backup - Review and follow-up of the order report (Spare Parts). Fill the XL and Dashboard report

• Backup for BR Local shipments. SHIPPING AND MONITORING.

• Backup -Follow-up to international shipments

• Administrative functions:  BR payment request by email, green light for BR shipping, review of PO's for after sales in BR
