Providence is calling a Project Coordinator, Communication who will:

  • Serve as a key support role for the business operations and administration of the Communication department
  • Coordinate small projects and other tasks that enable communication leaders to effectively manage their communication programs
  • Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Update digital boards and internal news page on SharePoint
  • Provide purchasing support, including invoice processing and expense reports
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings
  • Support events by creating or acquiring collateral and other materials
  • Proofread material prior to sending to printer
  • Complete tasks and assignments on time and on budget

Please note the following important details regarding this position:

  • This role is hybrid position that will require a combination of in office and work from home week over week as defined by manager and departmental needs
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday
  • Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm
  • We welcome residents of California to apply who reside within a daily commutable distance of our Santa Monica office location

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Financial Program Coordination, Accounting or another relevant field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, creative services, project management, program coordination, accounting or budget management
  • Excel, PowerPoint experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
