The Role 


We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with prevailing wage laws and regulations, as well as providing administrative support within the Procore construction management platform

 

Responsibilities

  • Prevailing Wage Act (PWA) Compliance:
  • Using LCP Tracker or other system to monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws and regulations.
  • Review and approve certified payroll reports for covered projects.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to verify compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in prevailing wage laws and regulations

 

Procore Administration:

  • Act as the primary administrator for the Procore construction management platform.
  • Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within Procore.
  • Provide training and support to Procore users, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Utilize Procore's tools and features to streamline labor compliance processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry into Procore.

 

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate and analyze labor compliance reports using Procore and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records related to prevailing wage projects.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to relevant government agencies and stakeholders.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies regarding labor compliance matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on prevailing wage requirements and best practices.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

 

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor compliance, prevailing wage administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of prevailing wage laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Proficiency in LCP Tracker preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

 

 

Locations: We are open to this resource being near one of our offices in Santa Monica, CA, San Francisco, CA, and Durham, NC, or Remote

 

 

Compensation: The salary range for the position is $80-100K plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
