Follows specific instructions and performs clerical work using established routines. Plans and carries out events such as weekly campus devotionals, area devotionals, commencement ceremonies, groundbreakings, among others. Applies limited analysis and problem-solving in performing job duties.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with various departments on campus to plan events. Assist the University Event Coordinator and University Event Manager.
Files documents in appropriate folders or performs data entry tasks.
Handles emails and other correspondences.
Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desktop computers.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Base Rate Per Hour:
14.00*Must exemplify the university Honor Code, including the Dress and Grooming Principles and Expectations
