Senior Partner, Health Information Technology
Location: New York (Flexible/Remote)
The Role:
FINN Partners is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial and highly collaborative leader to guide the next chapter of its Health Information Technology Group. This individual will oversee a growing group serving clients across digital health, health related enterprise technology, health related AI, health related analytics, health related interoperability and health technology. The position is a senior partner-level role that will sit on the Global Health Practice Leadership Group led by the FINN Global Health Practice Lead.
The position will report to Gil Bashe, Chair Global Health and Purpose, who will be available to support the new executive's efforts. As a hybrid workplace, the professional can reside in any major hub where HIT has concentration – such as Boston, New York, Nashville, Atlanta or San Diego.
The successful candidate should also have a visible, respected industry leader presence and the ability to build solid relationships with clients, colleagues, media, analysts, investors, and industry influencers. This individual should possess the wisdom to counsel CEOs and founders while also inspiring and mentoring the next generation of communications professionals.
Above all, the next leader of the FINN US Health Information Technology Group should embody FINN Partners’ values-driven culture and strengthen the agency’s role as a leading voice at the intersection of health, technology and purpose.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Anticipated Base Salary: $180,000 to $250,000+
Commensurate with experience and depending upon workplace, compensation for this role will likely include a combination of base salary, performance incentives and business development participation.

- Exceptional client service leadership that is high-level and hands-on
- Strong business development capabilities
- Strong senior-level communication skills (i.e., presentation, writing and interpersonal)
- Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams
- Executive communications and thought leadership expertise
- Industry visibility and ecosystem participation including strong relationships and an active presence within organizations and gatherings
- Experience moderating panels, securing speaking opportunities, cultivating media and analyst relationships and serving as an industry convener.
- Ability to lead integrated communications programs across earned, digital and social channels
- Deep understanding of the health technology marketplace and how health information technology improves connectivity, efficiency and patient outcomes
- Passion for how technology can reduce friction across the health ecosystem and improve patient health outcomes
