<p><strong>Global HR Talent Internship | Milan </strong></p> <p><br/>For our Global Headquarters in <strong>Milan, </strong>Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our <strong>Global HR Talent Team</strong>, supporting on Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Development and Learning. You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects, where you will play a key role from start to end. Numbers, technology, and analytics will be your other companions as you will work on Talent Acquisition processes and platforms. </p> <p><strong>Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? </strong></p> <p>We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. </p> <p>You’ll be in charge of: </p> <ul> <li>Supporting EB activities devising and managing initiatives to make Amplifon Employer of Choice for specific population targets</li> <li>Working with colleagues in different areas to “activate” global initiatives to meet country-specific needs</li> <li>Analyzing recruiting target population and personas</li> <li>Reviewing EB platforms and channels through metrics related to relevant population targets</li> <li>Support for the definition and organization of learning programs</li> <li>Building comprehensive reporting and KPIs to support team activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>You are the right person if you:  </strong></p> <ul> <li>You are a recent graduate or in pursuit of a <strong>Master's degree</strong>.</li> <li>You are comfortable in an<strong> international environment </strong>where English is required on a daily basis.</li> <li>You like to <strong>work with people</strong>, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.</li> <li>You see yourself as a “<strong>digital native</strong>” comfortable with using social media and common tools like PowerPoint and Excel;</li> <li>You are <strong>open to learning</strong> and take <strong>real decisions</strong> based on data and analysis.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What else­?</strong></p> <p>Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer:</p> <ul> <li><strong>6 months internship</strong> in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133</li> <li><strong>Competitive monthly reimbursement.</strong></li> <li>Full <strong>time experience,</strong> Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).  </li> <li><strong>Smartworking</strong>?
