Job Description
The Manager position is a role which will aid in facilitating and leading the collaboration efforts needed for the success of the Speaker Program Operations team. The Manager is supporting the team and executing appropriate communications to our marketing colleagues, as well as home office employees, along with continuously contributing creative ideas. The role is also responsible for acting as liaison between Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, Center of Excellence, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal. This position influences cross-functional teams to create and implement effective collaboration strategies, streamline communication, and drive innovative solutions for the success of Speaker Program Operations.
The position is a part of the Field Planning & Analytics Team which drives field force effectiveness by optimizing our sales force size and structure, ensuring our IC designs are driving the right behavior, and ensuring our call plans, field tools and operations provide our field teams with what they need to drive the business in their markets. This position reports into the Associate Director.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and timeliness of key deliverables and embrace the idea of participating in workstreams, acting as the key point of contact.
- Effectively prioritize across competing projects, maintaining constant flow of communication with customers and demonstrating strong project management abilities. Such projects include: conducting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with strong stakeholder management, run Innovation Projects, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) management
